Have you received a scam Instacash phone call or similar scam call? What can you do? Here is something that I’ve been doing. I’ve listed the phone #s on the social network site that all my friends are on. We all call the numbers as many times as we can each day. We say we know they are scamming and we are calling to keep them busy so they cant call others. One day I called over 30 times. The guy got so upset he started to stutter. If every American would call just one number every day they wouldn’t be able to make any calls at all. I’m always nice when I call. I ask why they want to hurt people and tell them how intelligent they are even though they are doing a bad thing. I say they should try to do good in the world instead of taking advantage of people. Spread the word and the numbers. The numbers that have called me are 818-666-1697 and 760-437-6212. Oh yeah, just to be safe you may want to use your caller ID blocking code and call your phone provider to make sure you aren’t making and/or being charged for a long distance or international call.

TheI RECIEVED A PHONE CALL FROM A MAN NAME MARK FURGERSON AND SAID HE WAS FROM A STATES ATTORNEY OFFICE AND I OWED MONEY FROM A PAYDAY LOAN AND IF I DIDNT PAY I WOULD BE ARRESTED AND I WOULD HAVE FEE UP TO 8000$ NOW HE SAID IT COULD BE RESOLVED IF I SENT 400 $ ONE AND ANOTHER 401 THE NEXT WEEK.... I NEED TO FAX A LETTER AND HAVE IT NOTORIZED AND SEND MY CREDIT CARD INFO AND PHOTO ID... THEY ALSO CALLED MY JOB.... ANOTHER GUY CALLED AND SAID HIS NAMES WAS JOE ADAMS AND WHEN I CALL BACK IT SAY'S THE GOOGLE SUBSCRIBER IS NOT AVAILBLE

I'm receiving phone calls(since 12/02) from a "law office" with a very rude attitude and threats that I'm going to Jail and cops are coming for me. The persons that are calling me say that they represent a paydayloan company called Instancash, this persons have an hindu or pakistani accent very rude, my caller ID only shows number 0000, they gave me the phone number 760-453-0397 that apparently is a cell phone number, and told me to call them back with my attorney. I'm very concerned. They informed me that I was going to have charges filed against me for check fraud and other items for a cash advance I recieved from InstaCash.(I don't know this company)

I could barely hear or understand this person, but I finally was able to figure out that they were trying to convince me that I owe $967 to this company. If it went to court,
I could face charges of $8500, or they could help me if I paid them $400 right now.

When I told them I had not recieved any information from this company they said I must have not read the emails or deleted them.

I filed a complaint with the FTC, the police, and the FBI. Someone needs to stop this criminals. I'm not answering phone calls anymore, and they're not leaving messages.

TheThey called to tell me that I had a law suit about a payday loan I took out. The person I talked to Mark and shawn gave me the company name instacash "not one I have heard" they said the of amount that I "supposedly" taken outwas between $200 to $300. When I started to question the law suit he got very verbally aggressive with me telling me that I would be arrested at work and put in front of a judge on Monday and made to pay $8484.84 and serve jail time. He told me to fax him my credit card info my ssn and a letter promising not to dispute the charge in the next 15 minutes to (626) 593-6339 or all this would take place. I agreed and almost did but I called the local Police first and they told me it was fraud so I called him back and no one answered the phone and went to a "GOOGLE" voicemail with not company or name listed." They also talled in a very heavy accent and I even told them to slow down so I could understand them. i asked for a piece of paper to be faxed to me and they said they cant

I called him back and he again hung up on me. I called one more time to talk to the person and told me not to call him anymore and hung up on me again.
