I have been receiving phone calls requesting that I call the number above for over a month. Caller ID reflects that they are calling from 916-395-0000. There was a man with a heavy Indian accent on each phone call who stated that his name was Timmy Jackson, among several other names in which I cannot recall. The calls began with messages stating that there were several charges against me in the state of CA and I needed to contact him right away, as they were serious allegations. He also quoted my address and the last four of my social security number. To date, I have received at least 6 phone calls from this man, informing me of the urgency in calling him back as it relates to the charges against me. The call I received today included a message that stated that either myself or my attorney needed to call him back immediately and I should take the message seriously. He repeated this 3 times and then stated that if I choose not to call him back, then he wishes me luck. Although I have believed that this was a scam from the start, it is a bit nerve-racking to have someone throw threats of that nature your way. I have contacted my State's Attorney's office to report this activity and receive guidance as to other avenues available to report these individuals.

He said his name was "Jack Wilson" which I found very amusing. I could barely understand his English. He said I need to call him back or have my attorney call. I imagine he was a bill collector, though he never stated what the call was about. This was all on voice mail. I didn't actually speak to him. He didn't sound rude, but did kind of say, "call us immediately...or else..." I feel really bad for people who are intimidated and harassed by folks like Mr. Jack Wilson (I'm sure he's probably one of the nice ones). I know he's just doing his job, but people (like those of us who owe money) are just trying to live our lives and pay our bills. So who is the bigger prick? I vote for Mr. Wilson.

Received calls at my job and home number from a man with a indian acient I have had this number reported to the local police and have asked them to stop calling my employer but to no avail they kep calling . prson using the name of Alan Taylor . very harsassing and rude. saying that charges are going to be filed against my SS# for not repaying a loan, I ask what loan and I need to see the loan papers and documents regarding the loan I have not had a loan . I contacted the BBB .

760-483-3357 i get at least 3 calls a day this time it was Jack Wilson previous it was John Smith and John Black itold him i did not understand him but he said charges for fraud were being file against me i told him fraud is commited at work and i know i did not work for a bank. But they will call at anytime of the day.

i received a phone call today from a man named David Scott with a very thick middle eastern accent. He said that I was being charged with violation of banking and collateral check fraud! He asked to speak to my attorney and verified my email and last 4 of my SS#. When I tried to ask them questions he would not answer them and when my husband called the number back they got into a cussing match. I did contact the credit companies and put a fraud alert on ny credit and I will be contacting the local police department.

It started yesterday looking for my husband and then me it came up unknown name 0000 in a thick indian accent said his name was James Harris calling from the Dept. of Justice it was a law firm I said I know you aren't legitate and I was calling the state police and filing harassment charges I told him not to call again and he hung up.

I experienced the same thing. A man with an india accent called my job. Said I had legal isssues against me. When I called back the number it had a recording with the india man's voice on it. He called me back. Told him not to call my job again. He said he would but to call back that same number and someone will now pick up. Okay so I called, someone named Maureen was somehow connected to this voice message. I told her if she was really a bill collector or something like that to call me directly and not to send a foreigner to do her work.

they call me from a 00000 number. they had my social security number they told told me i had three counts against me. they ask if i had a lawyer . i told them no. when i call back no one pick up.

Caller ID shows 0000. Received a call yesterday. I answered the first time and no response. The second time went to voicemail and left a message saying I or my attorney must contact them and if not they can only wish me good luck on what unfolds on me. Another call today from same person. The accent is so thick I couldnt really understand them. Said something about legal charges then asked a question I couldn't understand. I requested them to repeat themselves about 4 times and then asked to speak with someone who could speak English. She said ma'am I am speaking in clear English and she repeated herself. I then hung up and she called right back. I sent her to voicemail and she didn't leave a message. Would like to know how to stop them.

I have received 3 calls. One at 10:30 pm. All hang up calls...
