I have had more calls from this company than you could ever think. so finally i started harrasing them back, well today they finally answered cursing at me and how there going to get me and all of this stuff, i said oh yeah whats my name. they said sue, and hung up..... my name is valerie HAHA!

this person keeps calling my phone askn for my attorneys name and contact information but will not say for what reason and will not reveal his reason for his call. i asked him to stop calling but he continues to call. when i tried to call the number bk i could never get an answer answering machine just beeps

caller is saying that I owe money on a payday loan that I don't have and is threatening to send police to my house to arrest me if I don't pay them. man has very strong Indian accent and has some personal information of mine.

This guy keeps calling me and My husband, he left me a voice mail there was a lot of noise and he gave a lot of pauses like if he was ready what he had to say, heavy accent which maid it harder to understand. he also said if he didnt hear from me tht good luck to me nd half the situation falls on me... but the funny thing is tht he called me from a (313) 224-5890 and in the voice mail tells me to call the (760)number... i called him back but no one answered.

I believe I know how these guys got our number... If anyone has recently applied for a payday or cash advance loan online. Those companies have sold our information to con-artists unknowingly. Pls if anyone else has recently applied to online lenders let everyone else know so we can all be clear on how they got our private info...such as home phone,cell phone,job, or references...

Man called from 760-483-3761 stating that there were lawsuits placed against my name, and that today is the last day for me to handle the matter. The guy said I should have gotten a call about this legal matter already...

As everyone else mentioned, he had an indian accent, and seemed very rude. He asked for my attorney's information and I kindly told him to give me a call-back number and they never picked up. This is CLEARLY A WORLDWIDE SCAM, PEOPLE KEEP INFORMING OTHERS....

I got a call from this number a guy claming to be Stephen Collins saying that I had criminal charges and when I asked him what charges he said he couldnt find my affidavitt and that I had to call back. About half an hour later he calls me again saying that I have some outstanding balances from loans and medical bills (which in reality I dont have so I figure this was a scam) and that next day I was being arrested at my residency. He claimed to work for Law Office of Jessica Smith.

got a call today and many other fom cali washington and texas stating that i owed and was being sued lol i took it as a joke and continue to call them every day and accuse them of owing money like they do me

Ronny Williams left a message at my job stating it was a legal emergency. When I called back it was a guy with a foreign accent and he said I was being sued and my lawyer needed to call them back. I am 100% certain it is a scam, thats why I looked it up.
