CHASE BANK IS NOTORIOUS FOR DOING THIS ESP IF YOU FINANCE YOUR CAR PURCHASE THROUGH THEIR LOAN DEPT!! JERKS!! MAKE SURE WHEN YOU BUY A NEW OR USED CAR THAT YOU ''DON'T'' - - OPT IN - -

THAT IS PART WHY I DUMPED MAZDA-CHASE BANK FINANCING ON MY 2011 USED CAR LOAN SHORTLY AFTER GETTING QUALIFIED THROUGH THEM CREDIT WISE, AND INSTEAD 4 MONTHS LATER WENT WITH MY OWN CREDIT UNION CAR LOAN REFI AFTER THEY OFFERED ME 1.74% WITH NO PAYMENT DUE UNTIL 90 DAYS LATER. I JUMPED ON THAT IN A HEARTBEAT, AND GUESS WHAT? ALL THE CELLPHONE LOAN SPAMMER CALLS STOPPED AFTER 1 MONTH. I RARELY GET ONE NOW - CASE SOLVED - BOOK 'EM DANNO!! IF I DO GET A CALLER AND THE CALL COMES UP ''UNKNOWN CALLER'' - I JUST HIT IGNORE AND MY CELL HANGS UP ON THEM! NICE!! I'VE EVEN STARTED A ''UNKNOWN BOBUS SCAMMER'' CONTACT LIST AND WHEN A REPEAT A$$HOLE CALLER CALLS ME I JUST ADD THAT # TO THE RUNNING LIST AND THAT'S THE END OF THAT # AS THEY GET THE HINT REAL FAST. JUST DO IT!! Extended auto warranty robocall

• Yes they are offering extended warranties on your vehicle. I get calls often on a car that I have not owned for about 10 years. I ask to get taken off the list every time.

I finally got fed up and started to have some fun with them. On the last call I stayed on the phone and acted very interested in a warranty. I was transferred more then once and was greeted by employees reading from a script. They offered many financing options for a $1200 a year warranty that lasts five years.

I asked the woman (who was reading from a script) if the warranty would cover my "Flux Capacitor." She said she was not sure what a flux capacitor was and would have to find out. She checked her files and determined it had something to do with a USB port and it would be covered. Whew.......lucky me! I told her my mechanic from "M.J. Fox" Auto Repair said it would eventually go bad and would prevent me from going "forward."

She really had no idea it was a joke. Eventually her boss figured it out after I asked for a deal on the financing ($5 a month for 600 months) and he asked if I wanted to be taken off the list. I said that would be great but really doubted if it would ever happen. He said I was wasting his and every employees time........really........that's hilarious......they have been wasting my time.

One week later I get another call.......guess not off the list. I went through the same fun routine with some variations. Eventually they figure it out during the call and abruptly hang up. One time a women asked sarcastically if my "flux capacitor" was fixed and then hung up. My joke made it in to the notes.

So........I started calling them and changing my name and car on file to keep the fun going. After 5 very funny phone sessions they blocked my number and I can't get through! FINALLY.....I win!!!!!!!

My recommendation to you is to ask if the warranty covers a "Flux Capacitor"......it will drive them nuts and you will most likely be taken off the list!!!!

Robocall from a company trying to sell me an extended warranty (obviously a cold call). When I got a person (brenda) on the line and told her this number was on the do not call list and I would be reporting her she yelled "I'm reporting you too". Report all calls on donotcall.gov!

I paused my "hello" in case it was an automated routing app... it disconnected after 2-4 seconds. likely survey or some other bs.

Calls repeatedly. Never leaves mesaage. Blocked the prats.
