Kristen called looking for the owner of the company. When asked in regards to what she said it was due to the google listing that was damaging to the company. I informed her the owner was not even in this state and she insisted on speaking with the GM. I told her she was more than welcome to leave her name and number, at which point she got an attitude saying this was not how to properly handle business and no wonder we had damaging information on the internet. She then hung up on me. :)
