these people who i could barely understand call me and have all of my information and tell me that I must give them my info immediately or they will send someone to arrest me. I reminded them that if they are a bill collector, they LEGALLY cannot threaten to do that and I asked them for a copy of paperwork showing that I owed this money and to whom... they just started screaming at me and told me GOOD LUCK when this unfolds upon me!!

Have been getting calls from these "people" for about one yr. stating I have 3 lawsuits against me and I better have my attorney call ASAP or I will have sheriffs come to my home and arrest me. Names given were "Mark Henry" and Mike Thomas". They both have heavy accents and have also called my daughter-in-law and sister telling them I owe money. They always end by saying "have a blessed day". There has to be a way to stop all these fraudulent calls and put these scammers in jail!!

i received a call from MARK TAYLOR stating if i did not call him back he would have no choice but to see me in court and wished me luck. I have no idea what this could be about and i have not ande will not speak to him they have been calling me for almost a year.

i got a threatening message from this person name Ron Adams............. i was never serious about the matter, but later on i was taken into the court house and there is the ISSUE.................... now i am charged with credit score that are almost all REDD, sure are they the real People.

hi...i got a call from ic3 stating that i am done some crime over the internet...but i havnt took them seriously...and now i am paying $4656...i hope one can understand my situation....

even i got the call from the same no ie 760-557-1035...they told me that i have taken some types of loan...at the first i ignored those guys....bot on the next working day i got court notice...ant at this moment of time i am just screwed up...i dont know who can help me out from this situation...as of now i dont have that much of money to hire an attorney...

I received a call from someone named Eric Jones from the Internet Crime Complaint Center, he says that I took out a payday loan for $200 that I never received, he then told me that he was out of California, saying that I was being accused of fraud and that I owed $762.46 with all the court fees and the attorney fees. I tried calling this number back and the other number that showed up on my caller id. I called my bank and checked my balance, nothing was there. These people need to get a life. This Eric Jones person told me that I took the loan out from CashNetUSA. Be careful.

yes, yes, yes, everything that everyone on hers is saying all happened to me, TODAY. These people are saying that say thing to me. Now, The said I should make payment arrangemets, and fax everything over today or they willl not be able to help me. And that I would have to get a lawyer. They said I own something lik $860.40. When I said something about this possible being not real to the person who call with the heave accent, he didn't say anything, he was just quit.

i also received call from this guys but i ignore them.While I was at office i got call again,Then my employer received some papers.I don't know what the hell is going on but i am loosing my job.

Called my cell phone number the number that was on my cell was 256-256-8000. Called me just a few seconds ago at 12:46pm on Sept 8th 2011. Left me a messages stating his name was John Black. Heavy accent and said that I or my attorney needs to call them back immediately. That I cannot ignore this matter and that I MUST attend to it by today or else. John Black ended the conversation by wishing me good luck what a jerk!!! Please end this harassment I get calls like this all the time on my cell phone and sometimes at my work place which is totally inappropriate and will not be tolerated. Soon I might look into getting a lawyer myself to sue these companies. I don't approve of the fact that they have all of my personal information.

people with accent threatning me with lawsuit to pay a paydayloan company i never received money from. they knew too much personal information. when they left messages they had the nerve to wish me good luck if i didnt call back soon these people are very fraudualent and i see online where they have done it to others please stop them
