On December the 20th 2010 I was called by this same man, he claimed I owed his company $300.00 and that if I did not pay he would take me to court. After placing him on the line with my bank, and my bank representative stating that I recieved no such charge, he hung up. I advise all those who read this or have had problems with this man in the past to keep close records of your bank statements..

I got the same kind of call. Text the fijoles out of him! He sounded so weirdo.

I received a call at my work stating that I was being investigated by the Justice Department in regards to a cash loan account and that unless I called them immediately, my lawyer would be representing me to help keep me out of jail.

I just got a text from my exboyfriend stating he was getting sued for $8000 for being involved with some type of victim of identity theft? He also said that that the person called their work and everything.

I got a voicemail myself from a Mike Johnson or something and it said that my name was equally mentioned in this case and that I should call them back. Google voice has this on record and I will be using this against this person/company because I honestly think if it was anyone getting sued that there would be a legitimate summons or if it was that serious, there would have been a warrant or a more official investigation.

A person also called my house 10 times on one day even though he was told that I was at work. He called from 7am until 8:30p. The last time he called that day he got smart with my 13 year old son. Then the very next day he called at 7:00am again. I spoke with him, he claimed his name was David Mathews and had a very thick accent which made it hard to understand him. He asked for my attorney's name and wouldn't give my any info other than there was a lawsuit against me. When I told him I didn't have a lawyer and that he needed to let me know what this was about and send me paperwork he hung up on me. I called the number back and he answered the phone. When I asked to speak with the supervisor he claimed he was the supervisor. I live in Texas and there are laws about collection agencies and what they can and can't do. When I told him that he shouldn't even be calling that ealry in the morning or past 7p, that he was not allowed to threaten me, not allowed to call my job, and not allowed to harrasss me he hung up again. I don't think this is a legimate collectin agency and if it is they don't know how to do business. As soon as I find out the name of the company I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureaua. I would suggest everybody do so.

this person called my job with a thick accent. was told numerous amount of times and refused to stop calling my job. i told him that he has called a million times and to stop calling me at my job. he told me that he will call as much as he wants he doesnt care if it is 100 times and hung up in my face. he then started calling my job counting from 100 backwards and hang up. 3 co-workers were answering the phone until he stopped counting at 78. i called his supervisor mr.collins with a think accent and he was just as rude. i couldnt hardly understand anyone. i am filing a written letter to this company and file a complaint for harrassment. this is the way a child would have acted.

This person called me also left me messages on my cell phone, my work phone and my husbands phone. I called back it was also to a Mike Johnson. It was hard to understand and during the conversation which I was transfered to someone else because I couldn't understand this second person promised me that if I didn't pay they would take me to court and promised I would loose my job. After a long conversation and me telling him I could not understand what he was saying he cursed me out and I even put it on speaker phone and my coworkers heard him. My job records conversations so I will sure show that proof of harrasment if this continues

The person who called had a accent and said his name was Mike Johnson and he worked for
Department of Justice and that this was a emergency telephone call.

1st call was early morning with an unknown language, 2nd call to my cell with person screaming obscenities 3rd call to my childs cell. all in 30min.

if its a scam it makes no since, whats the gain ?

Called 6 time in a row, couldnt understand much of what he said. The man claimed he was with a legal group and I had a lawsuit against me...wanted my work info and my banking info

SCAM debt collection agency. called @ 7:15 AM. leaves threatening messages. thick accent.
