Got this call yesterday saying that I've been a good Rogers customer and they want to give me a gift for my good standing. Funny thing is that I don't even use Rogers. Not so funny is that they know my name and my wife's name and our numbers.

I think we should make Google pay for their mistake. Use this number yourself and call Google headoffice listed at http://www.google.ca/contact/, i.e.1-650-253-0000

Twice times that called me by tty because I am deaf lady myself . Please do not call back again. It looks like telemarket and scam so that cannot hear and talk myself. Also it looks like fraud to me. Thank you

So this number called my monther in laws home number on Dec 8th 2010. It was a mans voice he said my first name then starting saying how he understood that i was a good person and all and that he was at peace with me and the fact that i was a gay pimp (I am NOT a gay pimp) but i should just live my life as a gay woman (again not gay). He continued to talk about being at peace with me and ended with saying we could go do some cocain together (I dont do cocain)! THis number has been on my mother in laws caller ID many times this is just the only message that has been left. I just found out this past weekend about the whole thing. Its stilly that someone has this much time on their hands to make stupid calls like this! Who ever runs this program should be responsible for stopping this!

This is the number that shows if I make a call from my google account through my computer. I believe it's an open connection. I can call anyone for free.

My dad told me this number (415) 366-0260 and (760) 705-8888 called and said they were the Health Dept. and they were going to need 5 phone numbers and some kind of code. He didn't give them any numbers because my dad thought it was kind of suspicious. I googled these 2 phone numbers and realized it was a prank/scam.

Anybody know how the phone numbers are getting out? Whether someone actually knows you or not, they are being veiled by a cloak of privacy thanks to Google Voice. I think i entered my # when I bought something online and they sold my Info on the open market. I have been getting ridiculous spam since i made the purchase from my Gmail account. The company was Hayneedle gift baskets. I never buy stuff online because of this and I used an isolated email account so my business account would not be corrupted.

Received numerous calls in Florida at 3-4 AM. Once I hear the phone ring I can not fall back asleep. This is affecting my work and personal life and there is no way to trace it other than back to Google Voice. I see a class action law suit on the horizon. Google has deep pockets.
They better get this under control soon or they will be held responsible.

Seriously people, this is Google Voice's number that shows up when someone (anyone) calls you from their Gmail. You can make calls between the US and Canada for free (http://www.google.com/chat/voice/). It's not a telemarketer, it's not the health department, and it's not some surfer dude from California calling you. If anything, it's likely someone who knows you and is too cheap to make long distance phone calls with their home phone or cell.

recieved a call from this number 3-4 times somewhere around 12:20am. When I answered the phone, the other line is not talking so i hanged up the phone. What kind of phone call was that, soooo weird.

i just recieved a phone call from them at 8:30pm whoever it is needs to stop
