calls multiple times (10+) within a hour without leaving msgs and hangs up once you pick up call. calls can occur for hours at a time

Millions of people have this number, me included!! its not from a phone its from google!! once you do your profile in google it gives you an option to download this app and use this awesome phone from your computer. so it may not be the same person thats scaming all of you. The number actually is in california because i think thats where the agency or program is. I,m sorry if many have misuse it to scam or prank call, if it happens again instead send an email or call someone from google and they will try to help you the best they can.

YES YES YES!!!! Hip Hip horray for Google & Gmail. Just used this program... made a call to my home phone... this is the number that displays... made call to son in another province... also says is FREE... will wait a bit to make sure that this doesn't tie into my phone/internet provider (one and the same) and get some wicked long distance bill. If its true... hurray for the consumer.. Those strange callls... probably someone you know testing it out...; no one wants to answer.. think its a telemarketer... take a chance .. answer it

On my caller ID shows: ESCONDIDO CA. and 1-760-705-8888.
it rang five times @ my dinner time 6:30 PM, when I pick up and answer...no one was there.

any way...I do not have any relative in ESCONDIDO.
whom ever it may concern...STOP...this and STOP this NOW...
Let me have my dinner quitely.

I got a missing call from this number today and it appeared as from Escondido,CA and I have no idea about who was calling then did a number search, and ended up here, in this forum too.
I live in Tokyo.

Some one called said his name is Raj. He said he is from Bell Canada and wanted person details and social secudity #. Please beware.

these people knew my name and I am unlisted, they claimed to save me money on hydro. When I asked how he got my number, he laughed and hanged up the phone. I am reporting them to RCMP (the Canadian Federal Police)

Received a phone call at 2:20 AM. Caller said "hi Sam are you still at this location?" He knew the location (which I am not going to claim online for my safety) where I work and my personal pet name. This is harassment and my boyfriend is not impressed!

I get calls from this number all the time asking me if I want my heating ducts cleaned. I keep telling them I don't have any and they just keep calling back. They won't specify the company name and hang up immediately when I start to ask more questions. This must be a scam do not answer these calls or give these people ANY money!!!
