Mr. Smith left a voice message at the main number of the hospital I work at, If it was a real law firm confidentiallity would be a must. The main number doeesn't state my name nor does it have in affiliation to my direct department. Then I got a call on my cell phone and I asked them to send me some information in writing and was told they can't send me anything in writing except a receipt for me making a payment. Don't trust these people, there is a harassment law and they are not abiding by it.
