Trying to get financial information by offering lower cc rate
This is one of many numbers used by an Asian team dedicated to obtaining personal information avout the person being called. Without doubt for nefarious purposes. Particularly if the call you got WAS NOT a Robocall. Their dialer is offshore, so it doesn't comply with U.S. law which prohibits spoofing callerID. Unforunately there's no way to stop them from calling. Other numbers their dialer uses are: (650) 249-1235, (619) 489-0093. If it's a LIVE caller, simply DO NOT under any circumstances confirm your identity nor give them any additional information they can add to their database about you. Don't even confirm whether or not you're the homeowner. If they knew, they wouldn't be asking,

I am really getting sick of getting these phone calls all the time. Every time they call me I block that # and then they turn around and the next time they call me on a different # and then I block that #.....this is really getting to be very annoying and sure wish there was something that we could do to stop it. I signed up for that do not call but it seems to be not working if I keep getting these phone calls...I have called them back but using my work # and when I get a person on the line and tell them to not call me anymore they just hang up on me.
