"Debt Collection" Scammers. Don't have correct info when calling, will threaten you, harass, and refuse to identify themselves. ALL illegal practices. BLOCK & REPORT TO FCC!!!

They use so many different numbers that it's difficult to name them all, but they use Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, Arizona, Michigan, California and other states area codes. They'll call and call and call until you get fed up and answer their call, then they will not tell you who they are or who they're representing until they confirm that it's you. After that, they'll keep talking over you in a threatening manner, threaten you with court, arrest, wage garnishment, etc. If you tell them to send you a copy of the supposed bill, which is law, they'll refuse. They will never leave a message, and call 7 days a week, which is, again, illegal. You need to locate their headquarters, send them a certified and First Class letter telling them to cease and desist from calling you, and that from now on, they're to contact you via email mail. Do NOT let them intimidate you whatsoever!
I love to mess with them when I accidentally pick up the phone ( my hubby wakes me up at a certain time while he's at work, which he goes in at 4am, so I made the grievous mistake of answering their call... I will use a Southern accent, an English accent, an Australian accent, a French accent, or I act as if I'm a very frustrated mother of 12..LOL). I also have a voicemail message that clearly states that the caller needs to leave a detailed message, who they are, what company they're calling from, date and time, and IF they do not leave a detailed message, call from multiple numbers, use robocalls, or anything of the sort, then I will not call them back, especially if I do not recognize the number. Then I have say for them to press 1 if they understand the instructions clearly, press 2 if they need further instructions, or press 3 to confirm that you're an idiot, because they clearly understand the above instructions.

Missed call, no message. This is a VOIP number registered to Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC in Kelso California 92309. They are a subsidiary of the PRA Group, Inc. Since there are many reports of harassment and spam calls from this group, I have blocked the number.
