Rec'd call 2/20/18 11:42 am EST Message left stating caller was Officer Michelle White of the IRS. Stated IRS rec'd legal petition against me (message said against you with no reference to whom they wanted this message to be for). Said I must call them back immediately at 760-810-4100 to avoid arrest.
