calls from multiple numbers, caller ID says Portfolio recovery, never leaves a message, calls sometimes 2 - 3 times a day then nothing for a couple of weeks.

Multiple phone calls daily. No voice mail message left.
Caller ID: Portfolio Recov
Web search: Scam Debt Collection Agency. Uses different phone numbers, ? Spoofing, ? auto-dialing. Accuracy of numbers called not accurate.

Keeps calling, since we do not pickup on unknown numbers and wait for them to say their name in call system, they never do. They call with many numbers and leave blank voicemail.

this place calls our home 2 times a day. once in the morning and again around 8:30 pm.
