I got a call from this Alan person telling me about the hackers and the errors and warnings. How to fix it I asked several times what it would cost me. I was told that I could renew my certification for windows for 2 years, or 5 years or for life and the price of each. I explained that I had no money for this, Alan was already in my computer and said her would fix it and then call me back in 2 weeks so I could renew for 1 year at the price of $89.00. I am not sure why I let them talk me in to opening up my computer to them and am feeling even more worried about giving out a credit card number (which I have not done). I hope they haven't put a kill in my computer. I will say they did add clean sweeper to my computer.

at very beginning i thought i was a prank call.. But after they told me each and every problem that i was facing from lqast couple of days.. and then they also fixed my computer.. and cleaned all the junks..

i am really satisfied with the services they given to my computers
thanx for every thing they done for me

Beware of ANY calls from "KBK INFOTECH" - they are scammers! The man (who had an Eastern Indian accent) who called me to advise that his company had received error messages from my computer and that they were certified technical specialists to rid my computer of this spyware and viruses and that if I would please be in front of my computer and he would guide me step by step as to how to get rid of the problems. He is very willing to give his phone number, his name - "Mr. Alan" and when I asked if this was a scam, he did not say 'no', he attempted to draw me into his con by saying, "I gave you my phone number to call back, didn't I?" He tried several times to convince me to go to my computer... DO NOT BE SCAMMED - NO LEGITIMATE COMPANY WILL EVER CALL YOU ABOUT THEM RECEIVING ANY NOTIFICATION! Get rid of these guys!!!
