It was automated voice message asking for me to Press 1 or Press 2 if I was "name of person they mentioned". I've not answered and I won't call back. Going on about five days now. Just learned how to use block feature.

Yes-received a call from this number twice in two days. I did not answer. They left no voicemail. Very annoying, deceitful, underhanded, scummy. Be careful and each time they call, add them to your cell phone's "blocked caller id list."

Says in a calm demeanor that he's from frontier financial group. caller states his name is joseph. Even if this is an actual group, they call constantly claiming your check has bounced. It is a collection agency trying a less aggressive, more professional approach just so callers stay on the line longer. Always calls from a number where the digits vary slightly. This service usually is blocked by Call Control, but eventually finds a way to get through. Never says YOUR name, just says you need to call them back right away. This description needed detailed instructions. Very tricky, professiona call. Again, never says who they are calling for, just says you have to call them back regarding "a check that bounced", never stating it's actually your check.
