Was a recorded message claiming to be united healthcare, calling to check in on how our insurance is working for us this year. Funny thing is that we have never had United healthcare insurance. Scam!!!

Asked me about my monthly United Health Care payment plan and dr. I told the women she already has those records. Line went dead.

Called and I answered but the girl who was talking had such a thick accent she mispronounced my name , I had to keep asking her to repeat and that I couldn't understand. She asked me if this was a good time to discuss my benefits I said no and hung up

I do not believe this is United HealthCare. I answered and no response. I hung up on them. If this was a legit call, they would answer. Do not give them any information.

Got a call today wanting me to participate in a survey that lasted 10 weeks!! the lady had a Chinese accent and was obviously reading from a scrip as she had to constantly repeat herself. SPAM!!

The a call from this number and no one spoke the first time. There was a return called seconds later and a lady said she was with United Healthcare looking XXXXXX. I told her that's my brother and she said I was listed on his records. Strange for her to still call me. I googled the number and wasn't pleased with the results. Called my brother and told him to be aware of someone trying to call from the number.

I have UHC and they constantly call to add more services, as if health care doesn't already cost the earth. Calls are live so you don't want to hang up but I will next time.
