I called back. It was "Justin in the automotive dept" and just like the 10 or 12 other times in the last 3 weeks, I told them I haven't had car insurance since 2001. It's most assuredly a spam call. If you listen, you can kinda tell that it's prerecorded or an AI Not trying to cop some loot. They give you the option to press 1 to be removed. But I don't buy that either.
