I did call the number back, this is from a Phone Bank, they are selling insurance, I suggest you block the call, they are not Americans.

If you called the foreign people from another number they say "I'm sorry, we called the wrong number". If you call them from the number they dialed, they say your whole name.

Calls repeatedly, daily, calls out my first name, but says nothing else, YET. Comes up as jimmy Otis, from several different numbers. We have told him repeatedly "do not call this number!"

when I called it back just says " the person you are trying to reach is currently unavailable" sure but they have no problem bothering you with the bullcrap the name that showed on caller ID is Jimmy Ottis 1-763-381-5699 called Jan. 13, 2016 @ 9:14am
