'Carmen' from Cardholder Services/Info Survey (number is 763-445-4993 for both of them) has been calling my home phone number at least 1 time a day for months offering to lower my interest rates. I am beyond disgusted & want to get rid of these LEECHES! I've been registered with Do Not Call for a number of years & I renew it once per year. The Do Not Call Registry is a joke. It makes no difference whether I register or not. I want to block these calls, but have discovered that I have to PAY to do it. Does anyone have any suggestions about how I can accomplish this? My phone is a relatively old landline. I sure would appreciate any information!

EVERY DAY, someone calls telling me this is the last notice I will get to lower my interest rate on my credit cards. Really?? So, I merely press "1" and place my phone on the counter. If they take my time, I will make every effort to that theirs...........

This is the age-old robocaller "Carmen" or "Rachel" from "Cardmember Services," purporting to be able to lower your interest rate on any credit card. They are scammers. They want your credit card number so they can suck your account dry. But why do they hang up so quickly when I say, "Yes! I want to lower my interest rate!"? Don't I sound like a sucker?

STOP CALLING ME !!!!! I just let the PHONE ring and go to voice.
I DON'T know who it is, I DON'T answer.
I took out my landline because of these kinds of calls, but calls like this in my cell SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN !!!! NOBODY SHOULD have my CELL # unless I GIVE IT TO THEM !!!!!! These callers DONT have my permission to call me. STOP CALLING !!!!!!! I like to know who is making it available to these idiots.....:(

Hung up on me as soon as I started questioning who they were. I called the number back, go a VM - asked to leave contact info.

Person with strong Middle Eastern accent, attempting to get me to "Verify" some personal info regarding "my account" when I began questioning him, he hung up...
