I just called UCH and told no record of anyone calling me. This is a scam.

Called me this morning claiming to be United Health Care. Immediately wanted me to tell them my date of birth, mailing address, email address with a thick Indian accent. I told them they would already have that if they were United Health Care and asked why they were calling. They said they wanted to explain my Medicare plan to me but needed all my personal information before they could proceed.. I told them that wasn't necessary and they hung up

Caller: United Health Care but showed on my callerID as United Health Care scam.

I have received a call from this number three times and no one comes on the line to say anything. On the second call the phone ring back to them I got a message saying the call lines are busy and to try back later. Why should I call back they called me, so I'm blocking the number.

Claimed to be a United Healthcare worker, asking for my grandparent. I could not understand him well enough to get a name. Sounded kind of like Donald? He has an accent from a completely different country than I'm used to hearing with scam calls. Anyways I said I couldn't understand him 3 times before he hung up on me.

They called to welcome me to UHC. Very slow to respond when I answered phone. When I asked her a question, stated she would just cancel the call there. Rudely.

It is a valid number from United Health Care. The reason they ask for details is so they can be assured they are talking to the correct patient/customer and not revealing confidential information to anyone else who is not supposed to know it. I'm glad to receive their calls and I get top notch healthcare from them.

I did sign up for a new UHC policy, but this call really bothered me. Why would they need my year of birth and other info which I already gave them on my application? Caller's phone line has a blurry sound and he didn't sound very professional. I told him I didn't feel comfortable with the call and I ended it.

had call from this # - agree. they had my name but something was not right about them. i notified UHC. will only do bus online or call them myself. Frauders.

They called & asked for personal details they already had. Sloppy unprofessional caller, obviously not UNited HEalth. DON"T DISCLOSE YOU INFOT TO THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE FRAUDS.
