I continously get phone calls from this number on a daily basis. Sometimes several times a day. I have blocked this number. If this was legit I feel I would have gotten a wriiten letter as well. Don't fall for this possible scam.
There are 3 entities this number claims to be AARP, United Healthcare and the Medic Alert Foundation.
I know AARP and United Healthcare partners on on the part D drug plan to Medicare, but Medic Alert is its own entity. I question the validity.of this call as I have had other scam calls that show United Healthcare who were not who they claimed to be.
I mistakeningly answered this call, it was a robovoice that went on and on and on with no option to get out. The robovoice is so clear you think you have a live person to stop the spiel but you don't.
This call breaks HIPPA laws.
