Yes. Because my daughter defaulted on her loans for her masters degree.
We have been getting calls at different times of the day. We blocked this number with our phone server. They have it listed in their database as a Robo call. Our phone will ring once, then the call is cancelled. I am not talking to them.
Calling constantly and unnecessarily. Doesn't matter if you're at home, work in surgery

Navient is the Dept of Education Educ Loan Program division. It is the former Fanny Mae renamed. They only call if you are defaulting on your loan and or your children (if you were the loan guarantor) are delinquent in payments and or defaulted. If you defaulted (after 180 days delinquent) they will hire a private collection agency and probably will eventually garnish your wages, IRS reimbursement checks, etc. Federal government is authorized to do that mostly for educational federal loans. There is no statutes of limitations and a bankruptcy does not shield you in federal loans either.
They call 5x a day everyday even on Sunday's an it starts by 8am. Ridiculous and annoying I have no loans
Called about a loan, saying that I owe $900 something, that was paid off couple years ago. They had false info about my address, my e-mail, still trying to convince me that I do owe some money. The person also tried to get some info from me to update it in her database lol
