This call, 765-807-5674, appeared to be local. It came less than 5 minutes before I received one on my cell, but showing a different number. The above number showed up on my caller ID as US District Court. The number on my cell was different, 202-495-7932, from DC, but left a VM...in Chinese. I don't answer any calls with numbers that aren't known to me. But I do research them all, and report the ones that are suspecious.
