I got the same call. no name of business or her name. doesn't even mention my name. Just a message about legal stuff and good luck to me.

I get a call every other day since July 2015 saying if we do not hear from you or your agent by the end of the day we ill take that as waving your right to counsel, but never gives me a name, business name, what it is regarding nothing. I haven't gotten payday loans but I was looking into them a year ago or so. I wound up getting about 15 calls from different people saying I was defaulting on a payday loan so I didn't except a loan because of all the scam calls regarding it. Now I have been ge3tting this number for 2 months about every 2 or 3 days and the message is always the same. Always ends with "we will submit the case with the state govern yourself accordingly", but never tells me what it is regarding. Nothing has ever happened I have never even gotten anything in the mail. This is a total scam! Trying to scam people into giving banking info to them over the phone.

Just received call and a lady leaves a message saying she wants my call back or my legal agent to call them back, they wished me good luck and then ended their voice message - called from: 770-450-8136. Sounds like a collection call but without their name and number, who do people call back such messages?

received message from 770-450-8136, was told that my non-response will no longer be acceptable. I must call them back immediately. and then wished me good luck. If that's not fraud I don't know what is. Why would you call anyone back if you don't know who they are?

They Called me yesterday afternoon. Claimed to be fraud investigators Rachel Simms and Jordon Price. They stated they have been trying to reach me because a double felony regarding fraud for a payday loan has been placed upon me. They said I will be arrested and placed in jail and that I'm going to court or I needed to pay on the phone. First of all I've never accepted any loan and they have never calf me before. They would not give me their address or business license #. They told me that is for their protection because someone could come harm them or bomb their facility. I laughed out loud and told them to go ahead and send the law to come get me. They then hung up on me.
