Psycho called about a gym membership I do not owe for. I was an employee of this gym! Wtf. I explained but they still call, so now I am sending documentation to them again but how many times do I have to do this before they go away?
I received a call from this number this morning. When I called back, I got a recording saying "You have reached Joseph Taylor" as I was looking on this page for info, he called me back. It's an old Muv fitness bill that I am disputing. He offered to "settle" the bill for 40% off right now today. Funny...that would bring it to the original amount I was telling them I owed!!?? He still sounded a little "sketchy" to me. I wouldn't settle anything with him. He started out "nice" however, once I told him I couldn't pay him TODAY; he pretty much hanged up on me very quickly!
Does anyone know what company or agency this collector works for? I can't find any info on him which I find highly suspicious. He wouldn't even say why he was calling when he left a voicemail. Obviously I now know thanks to sites like this, but I want to find out if he's even a real collection agency or if he's just a debt buyer without any real power.
Has called me every morning for the past couple of days, simply leaving a message saying he is "Mark Spencer" and it is imperative to call him back immediately, with no other info. Since I am very wary of unknown callers, I chose to look up his number instead of calling back, and I have found NO info on the caller and reports of harassment from this number instead. Screw that! He is getting blocked.
the person that called my phone was Mark Spencer asked for someone I didn't know was very nice said he would remove my number
