UPS International Resolution Center - It's an outgoing phone number but they give you a toll free number to call back on 866-225-8308. We do plenty of international shipping and there is definitely something wrong with the parcel.

Woman identified as Dana was making follow-up call regarding my tracer on a corporate UPS shipment. This is not a scam and is truly a UPS Freight call. Caller didn't ask me for any info, but just relayed to me that a dock count was to be performed in efforts to locate my shipment, and once located, would return a call. I can't attest to other post stating number belongs to a "Ms. Bonhart", but for me, this caller was legit.

Male calling says he is an additional point of contact for UPS and wants to streamline my shipping. I don't believe UPS would make attempt to contact us as our UPS shipments are very low.

Said they were UPS and they were trying to make a delivery to me. They asked if it was me and I said "yes". Then they asked if I was at an address that was wrong. I think this may be the "Yes" scam.
