Rachel from cardmember services asked me to press 1 to lower my rate. I pressed 1, it rang, and when I got a human who asked if I pressed 1 to lower my rate, I said, "I pressed 1 so you'd remove my number." The human immediately hung up.

OK, y'all need to file these numbers with the FTC every time you get one of these so that they can track the scumbag down. It's not about the call, it's about the lookup service fee. Read the Seattle police report on Pacific Telecom (I think that's it). The guy had a block of 64,000 phone numbers, and got pennies on every robo call from AT&T, Verizon, etc.

Cheaper interest on credit cards. I press one to speak to someone and asked what the company was and don't want to receive these calls and they just hang up. I have received numerous calls at work, home, night, etc. and when I ask for them to stop they just hang up. I have no idea whether I have a prior relationship as I don't know the company.

The pre-recorded message said something like - 'I'm from Cardmember Services - your account is not currently in default, but it's very important you contact us immediately... we can offer you lower interest rates, etc.' I pressed '0' to speak to a live person (to complain and ask them not to call me any more) but I was immediately disconnected. I have received these same calls with this same pre-recorded message from 'Cardmember Services' many times over the last 2 years. Each time I receive these calls it's from a different phone number, but the same message - it's clearly intending to trick me into thinking it's my own bank or credit card company calling, and trying to get me to refinance a credit card, etc. I have filed this same FCC complaint online almost every time I've received one of these calls. I don't know who this 'Cardmember Services' company is - I've never contacted them or dealt with them at all. I can never reach a live person when they call me.

Card Services. Relentless. This is just one of their numbers. They are legion. I wish the federal government would just throw them in prison already. They wouldn't even answer when I hit the button to talk to them.

This "company" has called my cell phone 5 times in th e last week...I am upset for 3 reasons.
1) This is a cellphone
2) I am trying to provide safe passage for an oversize truck and they are distracting me.
3) asked to talk to a supervisor and get hung up on( extremely fishy)

For the safety of others remove my phone from calling que...hung up before I could get "for the safety" out..

Credit card services. Same voise. Pressing #3 will not remove number from list as stated. Calls are getting more frequent, since I've been complaining to you guys. How come they are focused on me now? What are you doing about the complaints? It doesn't seem like you are doing anything! Why take the time to give you the information to do your job, when nothing happens? The phone numbers keep changing, butr the same company.
