I have donated to these people before, the very first time was few months back. They scheduled a pick up date and was told between hours of 7am and 7pm. Needless to say that date came and went with NO pickup, I called and was told "we are so sorry, the driver ran out of gas in the truck". they did come the 2 (two) days later. Tuesday will be 2 (two) weeks that they were suppose to come by and get some things, well guess what???? The stuff is still sitting in my driveway, hmmmmm.........did I call them back about that, oh I sure did left several messages and not even a call back.....I am not pleased at all. You are right if you do no answer the phone when they call you they will NOT leave a message Jaye210. :-( After a week of calling and leaving several messages I get a call back saying " I am so sorry, I have no idea what is going on, we are having problems with our drivers and we are getting several complaints, we have no idea of when a driver will be out to get your items, we call you back". Few days later I get a call back, they hung up as I answered phone.....so I called right back and of course I get voicemail/answering machine, whatever it is that they have, left another message and still no reply back. I will be calling them again tomorrow, Monday December 9, 2013 and hopefully I will get a person to talk too other than a voicemail/answering machine. I am VERY DISSAPOINTED in this, doubt I will donate any more things to them. :-(
They say they will leave a receipt and send you one thru you email, OOOOOOOOK~~~~~~~I never got any for the first time I donated to them. This just saddens me, it really does. :-(
