This number is calling my cell phone and asking for a person that does not live at this address. Cannot get them to stop

They called my husbands phone and he blocked them. Now they are calling my phone.
Received 6 calls this week from Kelly Smith at 770 870-1081 on my landline asking for a person who does not live at my house. There are 4 options click 1 if you are the person, 2 if you need to get the person, 3 if Kelly needs to call back, 4 if she has the wrong number. I've clicked 4 every time, but get another call within an hour. You can't call back so this is obviously not a real number or person.
