Caller asking for too much personal info.

Caller said he is offering lower interest rates from visa cards, they hung up after getting some info, I called the number and could not get anyone.

When a place calls, doesn't leave a message and then the number called from is no longer in service, block the unwanted number n move on!

Reduce my credit card rate. When I demanded the name and mailing address of card services they hung up. Blocked number.
