They call late night and say you have a virus on your computer. Don't fall for it. The actual phone number is disconnected.
Caller: Scamming
They called me at 945 pm when I was in bed. Told me I had hacker software on my computer and I had to turn my computer on right now. Luckily the battery died on my phone and hung up on them. Must be a scam because I work for the phone company aS a technician and there's no way they could get my phone number from a virus in my computer. Very doubtful.

Windows Computer scam call. They called at 11pm Pacific. Thick accent. Totally fake. I have personally worked for MS in the past. They will never call you proactively for a tech support issue. Bogus.
