Bridget with Credit Card Services, to lower my interest rate. It's been my "second and final notice" for 2 1/2 years now. I wonder what happened to "Rachael"? It's now Bridget. Rachael must have died. Or someone choked her out with a phone cord.

all friendly about how they were going to talk to my lending institution to get my interest rate lowered. as soon as i started asking questions they hung up.

My biggest complaint is that the company is providing service to those folks and it is reported that they are scammers then the provider should be required to shut off service

Don't ever call these idiots back or acknowledge their calls in any way (ex: press 1 to remove from list, etc.) as the will put your number on an "active number" list and you will actually get MORE calls from other scammers. Check out the November 2015 issue of Consumer Reports for more information on protecting yourself and the February 2016 issue of the same magazine for info on scams like this.

Just get a call didn't leave a message I'm fed, fed up Verizon going to lost me as a good customer . every day I get call different number
One of the only said have a nice day that it why must I pay for phone bill to get harassment me must have a nice day.
I only keep my house line to communicate with immigration about my son paper as soon so he said mom I get it .that it Verizon I sacrifice make shores my bills pay all I get is harassment. I don't like notthing bother me .12 ×170 I can save and go on vacation Verizon's you going to miss me cause I'm can't take it no more .

They keep changing telephone numbers now with Stuart FL coming up in the caller ID. when staying on the line and one asks which credit card they are calling about they can't give details so I hang up and call the do not call number
