This call was from MEDCO prescription services for me. They handle the mail order benefit of my insurance plan and wanted to make sure I was aware of the benefit and answers any questions I had. They never leave a message. I finally picked up the third time they called. :o)

Number came up from Florida. It was MEDCO wanting to do all my prescriptions via mail, but I like our local hometown pharmacy just fine. Told her to put it in her notes not to keep calling me since I'm at work. I'll call them if I want to change my prescriptions to mail order!

MedCo , . .Calls on my cell while I am busy at work. They leave no message. So when I return the call to their number (caller ID), I get a busy signal. Then when I call, they insist that they did not call. A week later, it starts again.

THEY KEEP CALLING ME INCESSANTLY. I WAS OUT OF THE COUNTRY AND RECEIVED NUMEROUS CALLS FROM THEM. WHEN I CALL BACK I GET A BUSY TONE. THEY DONT LEAVE A MESSAGE.

they keep calling my cell phone and they won't leave a msg. I don't know how they got my cell number. but I'm guessing it has something to do with my insurance company United Healthcare. Just seem like something an insurance company would do. However, every second go towards my daytime minutes, so this is costing me. Unfortunately, I don't have the luxury of blocking phone numbers from my cell phone either.
