These people call MULTIPLE times a week, always asking for the operations manager by first name. When asked to identify themselves, they always say "so and so with Universal Solutions" and then when further asked for the reason of the call, they always respond with "I spoke with him last week so he should know what it's regarding" in a snarky tone. At this point I've stopped taking their calls, and they NEVER leave voicemails. This same company has called before from unavailable or private numbers, so my guess is they're spoofing this number to try to get past an unsuspecting reception desk worker. If you look them up online, they're notorious for deceptive business and marketing practices. DO NOT ANSWER.
