Received can from someone who's mastery of English wasn't the best. Offered to lower credit card interest rates. Asked which bank and he said he represented many and started listing all sorts of card from Chase to Sears. Finally agreed to talk to him and he asked for my card number. When I refused give him the number, he laughed like I was stupid. He already had a lot of my personal information which is disturbing. Ended up cancelling my cards after the call. He gave my the creeps and promised to lower the interest to 5℅from over 20℅ on one of the cards.
