yes they call cell phone and are a complete annoyance! They do not leave messages. Do not answer their calls.

Calling regarding my auto payment and stating that new insurance laws may reduce my payment. Called on work cell number that is registered on DNC list.

Was too busy to answer call at the time they called. I tried calling back this number a few times and after a few ring tones it automatically hung up.

Calls and doesn't leave message. I call back and automated system saids this call may be recorded. I hang up. Probably telemarketing
