Called several times a week in Agust, then stopped. Now they are calling again. The person could not be understood, sounds like he is speaking Arabic, or Indian. Mumbles a few words sometimes, and others he says nothing.

These collection company's think we are srupid. They rent/lease numbers from a large metro area, then rout their calls through them so the caller I'd don't give them away.

I dont know anyone from Chicago, where this call originated from, nor have i ever lived, or done buisness in Illinois
