I do not answer calls if I do not recognize the number. If important they will leave a message. No message was left but number showing on my phone was 773-282-9637 and showed caller as Henry Huberty Call received 5:30PM CST on 9 Aug 2017

When I answered, I got a recording that they had been trying to reach me regarding lowering my credit card interest rate. It gave the option to choose 1 to talk to someone or 2 to be removed. I chose 2 and was connected to someone with a foreign accent who said something about I received a call and dialed 1 to be connected. I told him I dialed 2 to be removed because I didn't want these phone calls. He asked for my phone number, and then asked for it again. When I asked him to repeat it back to me he hung up.

Called this number back just it says the phone number is discounted...hummm how did I just get a call from him.....
