Free cruises supposedly by Carnival, Royal Caribbean, or Norwegian Cruise Lines.
claimed to be Advantage Co, and calling because the FCC is reducing rates on LD calling and they are following up on a letter sent out 6 months ago from Frontier which I did not reply to, therefore they are "required" according to FCC rules and regulations, to make this followup call.

Cruise pitch, "Congratulations..." Was a robocall. The number they called is on the Federal do-not-call list and it's a cell phone.
