How to stop calls from 773-340-4844 / 7733404844? 5/7

I have received more than 400 "lower your credit card interest rate" calls on my unlisted - Do Not Call registered cell phone. They are now calling 4 to 5 times per day. These calls have been increasing ever since the FCC has taken action against the 7 robocall spammers.
Slapping them with a fine that they do not have to pay isn't going to deter them at all. You need to go after them in CRIMINAL court for the advance fee fraud and the identity theft.

I keep getting called from this number. They say they can lower your interest rates on your credit cards. They say it is a new Gov't program. You push number 1 to get someone to talk to you, never get anyone. Today I called back and got a live person. I explained to them I didn't want them to call this number anymore and asked them to remove it from their database and to stop calling. The lady replied and I quote: "You better put some base in your voice cause you sound like a Bitch." She said it again and then hung up on me.
I would really like to find out who this company is and possibly file a lawsuit!!

Ann called again new number same story a new government program to lower your credit card interest rates press 1 to speck to a rep. They have been calling me for over 10 months.

The recording is always the same. A woman telling me to stay on the line to re-organize my credit card debt or something to that affect, I think. I mostly do not pay attention to the message because it has nothing to do with me. I have never actually tried to call back the number that is listed because I think that would only cause them to call even more. I get these calls up to two times a morning almost every day or they wait a couple of days before bombarding me with the calls again every day.
