Our computer has been infected with a virus that could shut down at anytime. He wanted us to go to our computer and he would walk us through how to fix it. This is the 3 rd call we have received for them, first time I told him I don't run Microsoft windows and to take me off of their calling list, 2 nd call when I questioned him, he hung up, this call my husband received , he told him he didn't know anything about the computer and the caller hung up. We could tell it was a call center for we heard other people in the back ground saying the same things.
