Yup. Starnet Inc. calls me. Phone number is 773-364-4191. 11:24 AM, June 21. No message.
Got a call from this # at 1;40 p.m. Something about lowering my utility bill. Will be blocking.

The call came on my cell phone as a 773 area code so I picked it up thinking it was someone from Chicago. When I picked up the call (which I usually don't) there was a long pause, and then someone with a very strong South African accent came on. I asked her where she got my cell phone number from and she said, 'why do you ask me that?' Then, she said I qualified for a gift card since I overpaid my electric bill. I then, hung up.
