Twice today I got a call from "Rachel" about lowering the interest on credit cards, the call is a recording. I called the number back and another recording said the person I was calling was unavailable, and to just call back. I get a call from this number at least twice a week.

I answered this call, to tell them I am on the DNC registry. After they asked me about which credit cards I have, I told them what they are doing is illegal and a scam. The girl then hung up on me! I have been getting the same type of calls but from different area codes. This one is Chicago.

We receive calls daily from a firm alleging nothing is wrong with our credit card but to call now. They are rude and hang up even when you plead not to call. Here is one number you can reach them at 773.367.5631 I did not complete the date below since it happens daily and has gone on for over a month. It is happening with my cell phone also
