I got calls yesterday and today about the same email but no preliminary offer was attached. It sounded like a scam so I will block them. Thanks.

I got many calls from this number stating they are from
Intercontinental Realty Worldwide Real Estate they want to buy your timeshare. This is a big Spam.
When you tell them to stop calling. They became very aggressive over the phone. You will get calls from Aarons Clark and Amanda Miller. They will send you email looking like this.

Dear contract owner,
Thank you for taking our call and allowing us to delegate the negotiations of the potential resale/rental of your membership with our buyer.
Included in this email you will find a preliminary offer for you to review, feel free to reply with a voided copy of your developer contract so we can establish a final offer at no cost nor obligation to you. Remember that if there are any modifications needed to this offer your contract will allow us to redact and make the proper changes.

Please expect a phone call from one of our international brokers to answer any questions and guide you through the next steps to follow.
