Yes, offering lower credit card rates. I did not provide a name, and they hung up as soon as they heard my voice. Clearly a phishing call.

Received a call from this number identifying agency as Credit Consumer Services. They noted I was eligible for an interest reduction on my credit card and if interested press 1 for operator. I did so and got a live attendant who asked me if I was calling to lower the interest on my credit account. I replied that they had called me about this and could they please identify the credit card they were referring to. They immediately hung up on me.
