Very harassing caller very explicit on sexual positions and what he wanted told him I was reporting him to the police and he went into further detail

calls me nearly every day since I got this new number. Man with a very thick foreign accent. Sometimes, the caller ID says UNKNOWN NUMBER, but its the same guy. Today he called from unknown number and asked if I had problems with my bladder sling ( a surgery which I have never had) and said he wanted to give me "big money". I asked for a supervisor. He said he was the supervisor. I asked for a callback number. (to report him to the attorney general's office for harassment). He got rude so I told him to never call my f***ing house again. Thirty seconds later he calls back, but I guess he forgot to block his number because the 773-596-1405 showed up on caller ID. Same guy, same background noises. He asked me about some loan and I told him I was calling the police. He immediately hung up.
