Indian accents, claimed fraudulent activity on my SS number. Phishing ID theft scam. When you call them back & play along & give them bogus information, they hang up. Suggest they receive hundreds of calls a day!!

It's like the fake police contacts where they leave a message you only hear the end. Probably an IRS scam.
