Recording declared I was "winner" of a contest for a cruise. Claimed I had submitted an entry form (I hadn't). I pushed "1" to connect to live agent. Live agent came on and immediately asked for my name. I instead asked for agent's company's name. Agent instantly terminated the connection.
This was a recorded message about a cruise that I "won"... on my CELL PHONE. I am on the FTC and Florida Do Not Call List, yet they violated both by calling me.
