SPOOFING SCAMMER
I keep blocking these numbers on my cell and reporting them to the FCC on the DoNotCall website, however they keep calling every day or so from a new number and even from new locations, (town or State), just one or two numbers off the original ~ THIS is a SCAMMER using Spoofing technology to call under FAKE numbers and showing different locations....
BTW ~ NEVER call them back and NEVER press anything to 'take my number off your list'....
By doing so, you are telling them that your number is an 'ACTIVE' phone-line and then it is recorded and SOLD as such, to OTHER Scammers/Spammers/Telemarketers....

Yes, 773-858-6871 called me stating it was from "Lisa" about my credit card, and to just hit #6 to connect me to her. I didn't because creditors tell me which business they are calling from and they have my information already. Don't tell them anything!
